New Chapbook!

after you say what’s true . . .

A struggle to write and edit, my new chapbook contains 8 poems about where I’ve been and where I’m going. These poems use tightly-spun storytelling to etch the emotionally fraught fault lines of growing up. After you say what’s true… is a chronicle of staying true to oneself, the forces that hold one back, the clothes one wears, and the baggage kept in one’s basement. Contained in this chapbook is a stash of raw and honest lines of poetry that will rattle you with their tension, and then make you feel their release as the charged ground of their narrative splits.
